Dan Brooks was very attentive, nothing was too much trouble
The staff are always friendly and approachable and the complex is always spotlessly clean
We thought that Tory Cook the young lady we dealt with at rybrook shrewsbury was outstandind. she was personable,friendly and enthusiastic. She was as excited as I was about my new MINI Genuinely so.

Such an awesome team From walking through the door we received the highest standard of customer experience. The receptionist took time to talk to us about our requirements before we even spoke to Dan whose passion for mini oozes from him
Great experience from start to finish. This is our 2nd BMW but first Mini. The BMW DNA was evident in the customer experience but I'd say a step further even over my previous positive experiences. Dan was great from start to finish.
Salesperson Tori was excellent enthusiastic and helpful. Information given, really accurate.
This is my 5th Mini as i do such high mileage and Dan brookes and Tim were amazing as ever

I found an alternative GAP insurance which provided better cover and was 200 cheaper that the one offered by Rybrook. Also the paintwork and interior protection is overpriced by about 300.
We have bought 4 Mini's from Rybrook over a 8 year period and we have been completely satisfied each time and we would like to thank Dan Brookes and Tim for making the whole experience faultless.
Very happy. Nothing was to much trouble for them. We now have two Mini's in our house hold both from Rybrook.

Would have been 5 stars if we had been notified that the sales rep we were dealing with left the company. We were only informed when we called in to the dealership.

The whole experiencing was very disappointing. The standard of service is miles below what we get from husbands car dealer VW.
Repalced broken part quickly and without fuss. Good ambience which makes waiting more pleasurable.
The girl who dealt with us was very polite and could not do enough to help us.
the service experience was spoilt because they had cleaned inside the car by spraying a cleaner and not polished off which i found very annoying
The handbrake gator split and was replaced. The service was very good. I did think that the labour cost for the replacement was high as the car was only gone for 20 minutes.
There are two ladies on the reception one lady is called Rachel. They are both a credit to the dealership due to the customer experience given.
On board computer said I needed an oil service but service advisor said I needed a full service. She was unable to justify her advice and said she would check. Telephoned 30 mins later to say only oil service was required. I'm glad I queried it
my only dissatisfaction relates to an earlier problem with finding the lowing nut for a tyre. I was'nt near the dealers and it being a sat afternoon i had to go elseware unfortunalty they couldnot locate the nut so we rang the dealer and the monday
The staff at the dealership give fantastic customer service.
A very helpful Dealership. I would have scored 5 but it is very difficult to get a pick up service or courtesy car unless you book 3 weeks in advance, it might be an idea for the car to give advance warning of a service coming up to accomodate this.

I have always found Rybrook to be excellent and this visit was no exception collected car from my work address and then delivered it back to me on time with all that requested. Rang to give me update during the day too.
I would have preferred to speak to the mechanic directly who had carried out the work on my vehicle.
Couldn't get through to them to book it in.

The service from the staff team at Rybrook is very good and quite impressive. Karen was able to help me sort out my driving licence so that I could use your courtesy car and I was able to get to my 'mini break' on time that same day.

Ordered 2 tyres but they were not in stock, had to choose a different make of tyre
The only problem is when you go to pick up the car, sometimes you are waiting around for 15mins to get your keys.
