could not fault the service.
The whole experience was excellent. I was loaned a car for the full 3 days that my car was being inspected and repaired. The girls on the front desk and service were polite and made us feel we were very important to the dealership.

Easy to book an appointment to suit me. Staff are always very welcoming and provide free park and ride bus ticket if required. Coffee always offered and car always ready at the time given on arrival. What more could you ask.

When I bought my 1st Mini I had a major presentation the little showroom that blew me away as I wasnt expecting it.This time I was expecting the music and car covered experience and sadly missed out with the car parked outside.no worries though

All of the requested work was not completed when I picked up the car. I had already been informed that the drive shaft oil seal needed to be replaced and requested that this could be done at the same time as the lighting module replacemenent
