The young lady in service, Chelsea, was most helpful and made sure I was looked after. I was loaned a car and the times of drop off and pick up were arranged around my working day.
Although I had to bring the car back a second time (a day later) for the same problem, it was eventually sorted and I was treated very well by the personnel at Mini.
Kept informed when service was going to take place, very friendly staff in service department. Asked if I had had any issues with my car prior to service. Also offered for car to be washed very grateful and found the interior was valeted too.
Team are very helpful and welcoming service was completed in the time I was told it would be.
Hand over of the vehicle always done in a professional manner, nothing too much trouble for any of the staff. Aftersales is always taken care of too, always get a courtesy call from the sales person a couple of days after taken delivery of vehicle.

I set my service date well in advance but received a call a few days before to say an update was needed and the car would be kept all day so I had to change the date.I could have been told this at a date nearer to my booking
Danny was excellent in the entire process and we were very happy to deal with him.
I asked for a quote on some bodywork that is needed to be done and was told there was no one available on the day of my service but that photos would be taken and that I would get a quote by email. That was 10 days ago and I still haven't heard back

As soon as I went down the road the break pad light came on it said to drive moderately, they said it might come on but there was enough on the pads to last a while we live 30 miles away so it is not just as easy to pop back in.

The staff at Rybrook Shrewsbury always look after me very well, and they did so on this occasion. Unfortunately, the car was in for the third time with effectively the same fault. Hopefully it is fixed this time.
Very professional Mini advisor, courteous and helpful. Very knowledgeable about Mini and all aspects of being a new car. No hard-sell, he was respectful and willing to proceed at my pace. I felt I was buying the car I wanted.

Great team, nothing is too much trouble. The service reception is fantastic.
Courteous service reception, brake fluid change and pre warranty expiry check carried out without any drama and in addition courtesy bus pass in to town centre.
All work completed & where parts needed, have been placed on order & another date booked for completion of the work. Courtesy car provided when work was not able to be completed in time.

They were able to address the flat tier with a replacement. I had an appointment and kindly provided one of they minis to allow me attend. This is a simple but excellent example of their customer care approach.
I've never had any issues with Rybrook Shrewsbury. Whenever there is a problem, they are always really quick to solve it and they always make sure i have everything i need.
One can trust them to complete the job they say ones mini needs
