Unfortunately there wasn't a good outcome for my mini, it needs a new automatic gearbox, which would be more than the cars worth.
Problem was sorted with a smile, not to mention a nice cup of coffee. ??
Very polite adn quick to respond to my service request. offered additional info and the lady on teh service desk was very knowledgebale (or appeared to be) about the car and the problem I high lighted.
I was able to book in my car for a service and MOT at a convenient time and was offered park & ride tickets to go into town whilst my car was worked on. My car was ready when I returned and it was cleaned and vacuumed.
First class because I was looked after by everyone I met at Rybrook Mini and I was updated as to what work would be needed shortly and this alleviated my fears and allowed me to work out finances.
Cannot be trusted not to damage a vehicle. If they do not own up to causing damage you can see, makes you wonder about what you cannot see.

Collected and returned my car to my home address with no issues.Made things a lot easier for me then sitting in the garage waiting for it to be completed.

I was told it would be 1.5 hours so turned down a courtesy car but when I arrived I was told it would be 2.5 hours so my husband came and collected me and brought me back because there were no courtesy cars available on the day.

Always happy to go to Rybrook Shrewsbury. The staff are friendly and helpful the work compleated on time and my Mini always leaves sparkling clean
Our experience with the Mini sales centre was A1 from start to finish, also the refreshments and personnel facilities were very welcome.
There was an issue with a small part of the work undertaken and I had to return the car at a later date for the matter tombs rectified.
I had a problem with mini and they did their best to fit me in without appointment
All staff were pleasant and car was ready on time. Coffee is excellent!

Was going to be charged more money for MOT but I stated it was supposed to be cheaper as quoted in letter and I was then given lower price.
As soon as I rang Rybrook Shrewsbury I felt their focus was to sort things out quickly and efficiently with the least disruption to me personally.

Continued - the suspension . If Id have known an approved used mini was sold without checking obvious things like brakes and coolant parts I would never have bought this car. The service at Knights Stafford was poor.
