I did experience some IT issues whilst trying to e-sign the paperwork from home, as my computer did not seem to be compatible, and resulted in me having to return to Shrewsbury MINI to do this face to face with Tim, who had this completed in minutes.

Very happy with the whole experience of choosing and buying the mini. I had decided that I wanted a Mini Cooper S and the perfect car was found for me with Tim Trewin. He searched for the car I wanted and very helpful and pleasant.

There was a high level of customer service. Tim Trewin did an excellent job, he was knowledgeable and offered the right level of attention, he followed up when he said he would and went over and above to check in after the sale. Nice touch!

We received excellent service from all the staff. In particular Ashley the sales executive but also Dan and George. They were all courteous, attentive,friendly, knowledgable and informative. We were well informed and our questions answered.

I asked for a collection time of around 1 or 2 pm, I was called to say that our Mini would be ready at 11am (after dropping it off around 9.30am).

Small issue with online booking not sending a confirmation email and then Sytner telling me I had no booking! Luckily a text reminder confirmed that I did.

It was not a straight forward service but Chris Wimbush the service manager identified the problems and went that extra mile to get things sorted so a bad start ended up being a very good experience. Loved the video of my car being cheked.

Despite receiving a text saying my mini was booked in at Shrewsbury at 10, I was actually booked in mikes away in Worcester. This meant I was without a car for the whole day so that the mot could be slotted in but they couldn't give me a time

It's expensive but I needed it fixing quickly. If I was rich I'd use MINI all the time. Staff were very friendly, immaculately turned out, and apologised for the delay. Manager Chris even called up afterwards to apologise - appreciated.

I had to wait 6 hours for a diagnosis of my mini I enjoyed waiting for a bit I drank all your lattes and then the hot chocolate and there was a tv in case I got boarded but i brought my own things and you didn't bother me and it was very friendly

Dropped car off at 9.am came back 11.30?hoping car would be ready as it was just an mot. Was kept waiting until 3.00pm before it was ready. I had hoped customer service would have leaned towards clients waiting not clients who had gone home?

Customer facing elements of service were excellent but the car still has a suspension knock, as if the shock absorber passenger side is bottoming. My car with 47K miles was taken in with many worn out parts. Sytner are doing well at replacing parts.

This is a new dealership but when sold the car we were not informed about government grants that covered putting in a fast charger so lost £500 as a result also the salesman had no clue about the car and were still learning how things work

The service staff are excellent nothing is to much of a problem, they keep you up dated on the job and are very professional. Some other mini garages are no way as good as Shrewsbury mini. We have 4 mini's and i would definitely take them here .
